The space features a king bed and a queen bed, plus a two queen size sofa beds (one in the living room, the other in the primary bedroom) for extra comfort. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, one with a tub/show and the primary bathroom with a large walk-in shower. With high ceilings and beams, big windows that look out onto old town Burlingame, fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and more, we hope you enjoy what our place and Burlingame has to offer. Located directly above Council City Coffee Co. in a circa-1903 building, enjoy a free coffee drink at this trendy coffee house each day of your stay!

Due to the age and historic nature of this building, please note there are 23 stairs (with handrail) to the second floor and a private, secured entrance to the loft.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Trash can for the loft is located in the alley behind the building. Sort of a pain to get to. Apologies for that.

Leave the door key at the main ground entry in the lockbox and lease spin the lock.

All linens and towels can be left on top of the washer/dryer in the laundry room.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
