Welcome to Seacret EsCape, our newest Florida retreat offering a private heated pool, game room, screened lanai, and everything you need for a relaxed, sunshine-filled stay. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, snowbird escape, or couples getaway, this bright and spacious home is your gateway to the easygoing Cape Coral lifestyle.

While this is a new listing, we’re not new to hosting. We also manage a monthly rental in Key West, where our guests have consistently rated us Exceptional with a perfect 10 score for cleanliness, comfort, and attentive care.

Booking Requirements: To ensure a smooth stay, all reservations require a signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit hold. The deposit hold is $200 for and will be placed on a credit card 3 days prior to arrival and released within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage or policy violations occur. A Guest Service Fee is included in all reservations and varies based on length of stay. For stays of 28 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning ($200) is required to keep the home fresh and well-maintained.

Garage, Parking & EV Charging

Guests have full access to the attached right-side garage and right-side driveway for parking and entry.

A CCS1 EV charger is located in the owner’s garage on the left side of the home, which is also attached to the house. This garage is used regularly by the owners as a private workshop. While it is part of the same structure, it has no interior access to the guest space and does not share any common areas.

The workshop includes doors that face the pool area, but these remain closed and unused during guest stays. All workshop activity is indoors — you will not see or be disturbed by its use.

The left-side driveway may be used only while actively charging an electric vehicle.

We moved to Cape Coral from the D.C. Metro area six years ago and never looked back. The sunshine, slower pace, and strong sense of community quickly made it feel like home. We now share our days with our three teenage boys and our two dogs, Lily and Leia.

I manage two vacation rentals—this one in Cape Coral, and Seacret Paradise, our monthly rental home in the heart of Old Town Key West. I also serve on the boards of two nonprofits and run small businesses as a Farmasi influencer and Color Street stylist. Hosting allows me to combine my love of design, hospitality, and service into something meaningful—helping guests make lasting memories in places we love.

As your hosts, we’re happy to assist when needed but always respect your privacy. At the Cape Coral home, you may occasionally see us in the left-side driveway accessing our private garage workshop, but we’ll never intrude on your space. The home offers full access to the right-side garage and driveway, while the owner’s garage on the left is used only as a private workshop. It’s completely separate, with no interior access or shared spaces. All activity there is indoors—you won’t be disturbed, but you might see us in the driveway occasionally.

We love how easy it is to reach both the city’s amenities and natural escapes. Cape Coral Parkway is just minutes away for shopping, dining, and drinks. At the same time, Pine Island, Matlacha, Sanibel, and Fort Myers Beach are all within easy reach for day trips or beach days.

This part of Cape Coral also offers one of our favorite hidden perks—no rear neighbors. Our property backs up to undeveloped city park land, which gives it an extra sense of privacy and peace, especially when you’re outside enjoying the lanai or pool.
