Fantastic family vacation 600m from sandy beach, large garden, near forest, river

Spend your holidays in this unique swedish cozy hut for 4 persons, which was fabricated in the North of Sweden and built up here as new building some years ago. Only 600 m from the sandy beach. 65 square meters, 2 sleeping rooms (one with double bed, and a smaller one with double bed). Big living area with dining area and kitchen (stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dish washer and everything you need to cook and bake). In the living room sofas, closed chimney, heaters in all the rooms. 2 terraces with furniture. Big garden with old trees and grass to play and grill.
The 13 km long sandy beach has the 'blue flag', which means its a splendid water quality, safe for children as the water is low. The house is situated in the best spot of Mellbystrand, only 200 m away from strandhotel (restaurant), minigolf, shops and further restaurants.
Further acitivities:Fishing in the river or lakes, gokart, steam boat, golf, tennis, downhill, windsurfing, kitesurfing, cinema, bowling, railway museum, flight museum, elg park, tropikarium, Swedens biggest shopping centre, icecream-factury and much more. Before your arrival you get some detailed informations. The check-out-time is at 11 o clock that you have time to make the cleaning of the house. The check-in-time is at 3 pm.

Hiking:
You like hiking and you can do this nearly all the year around in Halland: Discover the Hallandsleden (totally 380 km along the coast of Halland) with small open huts and fire places where you can prepare your meals. Or Skåneleden in the neighboorhood-province, where Nils Holgersson started his trip on the goose. You chose how long you want to go, for instance Hovs Hallar-Torekov 10 km, Bastad-Torekov 23 km.
Biking: On the Ginstleden, a biking way which goes over 200 km from Laholm nearly until göteborg and from which you see the landscape with different eyes. At the same time you can visit the coast towns like Halmstad, Falkenberg and Varberg.

Tennis: Rent the tennis-court nearby or come to the Swedish Open in Båstad.

Skiing:: Skiing in Halland: Even in winter we have a lot to offer: the Hallandsåsen has a big skiing area with several lifts and a snow board area and you can go ice-scating there as well. In the restaurant or the hut (where you can eat your own meal) you meet many happy Swedish and Danish families. You can even go cross country skiing.
If there is enough snow, even on the beach!! Or on the golf course (8 km away). Or on Hallandsåsen (15 km away). Enjoy going to the sauna and warm up yourself after skiing (300 m, 3 times a weekI).

Language- or yogacourse before the middle of june and after the middle of august: Book a language course with the German translator Monika Hornig in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Swedish, Italian or German (even business language).
