If you love peace and quiet, a pretty garden, a terrace with lake views and direct access to the lake, then you are very welcome in our vacation apartment by the lake. Enjoy a cozy dinner on the terrace (Cobb grill available) or laze around in the sun on the comfortable sun loungers provided. For the sporty, there are 2 stand-up paddle boards available.
You can expect a modern apartment with all the comforts, located in a former agricultural estate that has been modernized and expanded over time.
As a small welcome gift, a selection of drinks and a fully automatic coffee machine with beans from a local roastery are provided, and the dishwasher takes care of the washing up.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and controlled ventilation (pollen-free and pleasantly temperate even in midsummer). The apartment is particularly quiet thanks to elaborate sound insulation. All windows have insect screens, so you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the garden and a 55" TV with cable connection offer modern comforts.
If you want to be lazy and the view of the lake becomes boring, Wasserburg/Inn, Lake Chiemsee, Munich, or Salzburg are within easy reach, even by train. Castles, museums, concerts, theaters, and numerous beer festivals await you. Or how about camel riding at the Bayernkamele in Valley?There is a wide range of options for bike tours and walks right outside the apartment. Books and maps for bike tours are available. The Wasserburg/Inn train station with a bakery and café is an 8-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket and inn are 1.7 km away.
In the adjacent carport, there is a wall box at the free parking space and the possibility to charge your e-bikes. The building is fully automatically heated with wood via a local heating pipe or by the sun and is mainly supplied with electricity from photovoltaics/batteries.
