If you love peace and quiet, a pretty garden, a terrace with lake views and direct access to the lake, then you are very welcome in our vacation apartment by the lake. Enjoy a cozy dinner on the terrace (Cobb grill available) or laze around in the sun on the comfortable sun loungers provided. For the sporty, there are 2 stand-up paddle boards available.
You can expect a modern apartment with all the comforts, located in a former agricultural estate that has been modernized and expanded over time.
As a small welcome gift, a selection of drinks and a fully automatic coffee machine with beans from a local roastery are provided, and the dishwasher takes care of the washing up.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and controlled ventilation (pollen-free and pleasantly temperate even in midsummer). The apartment is particularly quiet thanks to elaborate sound insulation. All windows have insect screens, so you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the garden and a 55" TV with cable connection offer modern comforts.
If you want to be lazy and the view of the lake becomes boring, Wasserburg/Inn, Lake Chiemsee, Munich, or Salzburg are within easy reach, even by train. Castles, museums, concerts, theaters, and numerous beer festivals await you. Or how about camel riding at the Bayernkamele in Valley?There is a wide range of options for bike tours and walks right outside the apartment. Books and maps for bike tours are available. The Wasserburg/Inn train station with a bakery and café is an 8-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket and inn are 1.7 km away.
In the adjacent carport, there is a wall box at the free parking space and the possibility to charge your e-bikes. The building is fully automatically heated with wood via a local heating pipe or by the sun and is mainly supplied with electricity from photovoltaics/batteries.
Information about shopping, bike rental, and other important details in the surrounding area can be found in the apartment.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und haben absolut nichts vermisst. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komplett und die Realität stimmt exakt mit den Bildern überein. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, denken an alles. Ich habe noch in keiner anderen Ferienwohnung ein solches rund-um-perfekt-Paket erlebt. Vom Kaffee im Schrank über die Getränke im Kühlschrank bis hin zum Super-Handtuchservice 2x die Woche war wirklich alles da. Für den entspannten, ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir können diese geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Gastgeber haben wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit, die für häufige Nutzer von Ferienwohnungen wichtig sind, gedacht. Das umgebaute Gutshaus ist sehr ruhig und in dem an einem kleinen See liegenden Garten kann man entspannt die Seele baumeln lassen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Unsere Woche in der Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und das Willkommenspaket mit regionalen Produkten sowie die frischen Blumen haben uns den Urlaub versüßt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der direkte Zugang zum See und der schöne Garten, in dem man sogar mal ein Eichhörnchen vorbeihuschen sieht, waren super, um sich vom Alltag zu erholen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr hübsche Wohnung direkt am See, in der es an nichts fehlte. Die sehr netten Gastgeber haben diverse regionale Produkte in der Wohnung für uns bereitgestellt, so dass man sich gleich sehr wohl fühlte. Man steigt morgens zum Schwimmen als erstes in den direkt vor der Ferienwohnung liegenden See: Genial! Traumhafte Lage und herausragende Gastgeber

Den sehr guten Rezensionen hier können wir uns voll und ganz anschließen. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens und modern ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Lage direkt am See mit kurzem Zugang zum Badesteg ist wirklich schön und lädt zum schwimmen, Stand Up Paddling usw. ein. Die Gastgeber sind herausragend, sehr aufgeschlossen und man merkt, dass Ihnen das Wohl Ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Einen bereits eingerichteten Kühlschrank mit lokalen Spezialitäten in dem Umfang haben wir bisher noch nicht gehabt, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Wir haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus am See sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben perfekte 10 Tage in Reitmehring verbracht. Die Wohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail komplett ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit vielen Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Ausflugszielen unterstützt. Außergewöhnlich! - in jeder Hinsicht

Vermierter: sehr herzlich, freundlich und zugewandt, sympathisch, sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt Wohnung: hochwertig, famos, idealer Ort zum Entspannen, fast noch schöner als im Inserat beschrieben Lage: idyllisch, ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, idealer Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Touren mit dem E-Bike in alle Himmelsrichtungen, Wasserburg mit seinen schönen alten Häusern und netten kleinen Geschäften ist mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen Kurzum - sollte es uns nochmal in diese Gegend verschlagen, auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Wohnung!

Netter Empfang mit kurzer Einweisung. Leckere Gaben auf standen bereit, überwiegend aus der nahen Region (Wein, Eier, Milch, Kaffee, Pralinen und vieles mehr). Es fehlte nichts! Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage. Einzigartige Sonnenuntergänge! Zu FEWO: Wir haben die Adresse erst 3 Tage vorher erhalten. Dies ist unakzeptabel zumal wir vorher anderswo übernachteten. Wir haben die Adresse auf anderen Wegen gefunden.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit einem super Blick auf den See verbracht. Was die Vermieter angeht: So wünscht man sie sich - freundlich, zuvorkommend und kommunikativ. Dass es ein umfangreiches Begrüßungspaket mit bayrischem Bier, Rotwein, Keksen, Schokolade, Kaffee und Eiern von glücklichen Hühnern gab, war dann noch das Sahnehäubchen.

Und am Ende der Straße steht ein Haus am See....... , Unsere sehr netten Vermieter haben uns am Anreisetag begrüßt und wir konnten die außergewöhnlich schöne und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung mit perfektem Seeblick genießen, eine echte Wohlfühloase. Wir haben die Seele baumeln lassen, der Garten mit Seezugang lädt zum Sonnenbaden und Schwimmen ein, ideale Voraussetzungen für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub. ....... man braucht nicht rauszugehen :-)

Toller erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr schöne, neu- und hochwertig sowie liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung blickt man auf den See. Der Garten ist wunderschön, auf den bequemen Liegen findet man immer ein schönes Plätzchen im Schatten oder in der Sonne, ganz nach Belieben. Wir hatten in unserer Urlaubswoche tolles Wetter und genossen es sehr, dass man im angrenzenden See schwimmen konnte . Sehr nette Vermieter, die einem sogar frische Blumen sowie Kekse, Marmelade, Milch, Sekt etc. hinstellten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war perfekt, herzlichen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit.
