The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all towels in shower and start a load of laundry before you leave. Strip all bedsheets and pillowcases and place on the floor. Do not strip the duvet covers, housekeeping will handle.
Turn everything off. Turn the AC up to 74, or the heater down to 70.
Place all trash outside in the dumpster. If you are checking out on Sunday, pull dumpsters out to the road.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No fish cleaning inside the home.
No roller skates/blades inside the home.
No tobacco of any kind or vaping inside the home.
