- When available early check-in or late check-out will be $50 per hour. This needs to be requested and approved beforehand.
- No refund given for unforeseen inconvenience such as water or electricity or bad weather
- No refund for the unforeseen inconvenience of amenities are not available or if maintenance on amenities occurs unexpectedly.
