Great basement suite, beautiful backyard, and prompt communication. Prepare yourself for bare bones food prep, but it's definitely enough to get by.

Thank you for the review. It’s an efficiency suite, so I have to beg to differ on the bare bones. There is a fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, filtered water, cutting board, mixing bowl, toaster oven, cork screw, sharp lives as well as dishes and utensils. I would not call that bare bones. Goodness!!!

Very easy check in process. The space was very cozy and perfect for a weekend stay. The host was quick to answer any of my questions and very kind to accommodate our needs. We especially enjoyed the fireplace room, very cozy.

Absolutely adorable little place! Super easy to message the host! I feel like the property was the perfect distance between so many places and attractions it was so easy and made it so much more fun without the long travel time.Would absolutely come back!

Wet nice place to stay on a budget. No girls but very clean. Hope was very responsive when we needed an extension cord. Our mistake but we thought we were renting the whole house, this is a basement suite.

The place was very nice. Clean and cozy with good AC, a real nice shower and a very comfortable bed. About a 15 minute walk from Nine Mile and Woodward area. It’s a basement but don’t let that stop you. Don’t plan on cooking, it’s not that kind of a kitchen. My only suggestion would be to supply kitchen with an electric kettle. Host responded quickly. All was good.
