Exclusive holiday apartments on historic Ballenhausgasse—a unique location right in the heart of Mittenwald. Directly behind the Baroque parish church of St. Peter and Paul, across from the famous violin-making museum. The pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, butchers, shops, a pharmacy, and doctors’ offices are right on your doorstep.


Modern, open architecture. Light-filled, spacious rooms. Furnished in an urban-alpine style. Italian-design stone flooring with underfloor heating in all rooms. 2 private bedrooms with solid-wood floating beds (180 x 200 cm). Wi-Fi in all rooms. Flat-screen smart TV in the living and bedroom areas. Open, high-quality built-in kitchen (by LEICHT) with dining bar, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Bathroom with walk-in shower (80 x 120 cm) and illuminated, heated mirror. Lockable basement storage room for sports equipment, luggage, etc. Washing machine and dryer available for free use. House terrace with a magnificent view of the Karwendel Mountains. High chair, cot (including mattress), and changing pad for our youngest guests. Upon request, we offer our guests a parking space in an underground garage or a locked garage in the immediate vicinity. (Rental fee: €15.00 per day)

Mittendrin in Mittenwald

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine perfekte lage. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Ortszentrum. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bäcker und Metzger liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und groß. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut, auch bei schlechtem Wetter konnte man sich dank der Gegebenheiten in der Wohnung gut erholen und aufhalten. Dank der Fußbodenheizung bekamen wir auch im Winter keine kalten Füße. :) Die Lage ist fantastisch - näher zum Zentrum geht quasi nicht. Wir würden wieder kommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Ortskern von Mittenwald

Moderne Ferienwohnung, deren Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und die Wohnungsübergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Gerne wieder!
