The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- If you added linens or towels to your stay, please leave them in the provided delivery bin outside the front door - Turn off all lights & fans - Set thermostat to 75 in summer / 55 off-season
- Leave all [4] beach tags on kitchen table ($35 fee per tag if not returned) - Lock the front door (checkmark icon) - Take all trash & recycling out back to the RED cans on the left marked 5230
TRASH INFORMATION: - Put lids on cans before leaving - Do not bag recyclable items - Items to recycle: bottles, cans, glass, tin, metal, plastics #1-#7, paper, cardboard - DO NOT recycle plastic bags
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO FIREPLACE USE: Fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Please DO NOT light a fire.
Quiet hours between 11pm - 7am
DAMAGES: Please report any damages or malfunctions to us ASAP so we can repair.
