It features 3 bedrooms (2 of which have single beds and 1 with a double bed connected to the adjacent bedroom), 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, and 1 guest restroom. The living area, which is approximately 56 m² and features a large kitchenette, includes an extendable table where you can comfortably sit, dine, or even host a party with a large group. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishwasher...<br>Renting this apartment for celebrations—even without an overnight stay—is possible upon request and subject to availability. Groups of more than 20 people have already celebrated here.<br>Additional sleeping arrangements are possible, as there is an extra room in the attic equipped with 3 beds, a table, chairs, and a TV.<br>In addition, guests are welcome to use the seating area, grill, and games in the courtyard, or rent bicycles (for a fee).<br>>>Note: Check-in is possible around 3:00 p.m. or by arrangement;<br> Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. (or by arrangement).
