Fantastic Holiday Apartment "Lilie" with Large Balcony, Lake View, Wi-Fi & TV

The hospitable town of Sipplingen on the northern shore of Lake Constance attracts its visitors with hiking paradises, historical treasures, culinary delights and unspoilt nature.



Centrally located in the village, in a quiet and green zone and yet less than 10 minutes to the shore and the harbour, you will find the Residence Flower Idyll with the comfortable holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung Lilie" on the second floor.



The friendly and comfortably furnished 75 m2 apartment has a living room with sofa corner and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and large fridge-freezer, 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed in each and a modern bathroom with large shower and toilet and can accommodate 4 people.

The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, a cot and a high chair.



You can enjoy the warm sunbeams on the fantastic 26 m2 balcony facing south with a panoramic view over the lake and the shore landscapes. Furnished with seating, 2 sunbeds, parasol and an electric barbecue, it is a perfect place to enjoy your meals outside.



The location is ideal for car-free holidays: Cycle and hiking trails start practically at the front door, the train station is about 600 m away from the house, the next supermarket is also only 8 min walking distance and several restaurants are nearby. The natural bathing beach of Sipplingen is located 350m away from the apartment. Sipplingen is an ideal starting point for numerous exciting destinations: the flower island of Mainau, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, the Affenberg in Salem, the Meersburg - to name but a few.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are not allowed.
