The backyard feels like your own private resort, with a brand-new saltwater pool and spa, plenty of sun loungers, a cozy daybed, outdoor dining, and a sunken firepit that’s perfect for evenings under the stars. Whether you’re spending the day by the pool, grilling and eating outside, or unwinding in the spa after the beach, this is the kind of space you’ll never want to leave.

There’s plenty of space to spread out, whether you’re dining outside, lounging with a drink, or simply enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Inside, the home is bright, clean, and designed for comfort. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook and gather, from preparing simple bites to hosting a Thanksgiving feast.

Everything was amazing during our stay - we are absolutely loved it! The backyard (especially the pool) feels like being at resort, and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Everything you need for your stay was available! Our host Tina was extremely responsive to any questions. We could not have asked for anything more! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was in a safe neighborhood and we felt very cozy in the house. The master bedroom does not have a bathroom. This was very odd.There are four bedrooms in the house, three on one side and a small bedroom on the other side of the house. The master and the two large bedrooms, share bathroom and the tiny bedroom on the other side of the house has a bathroom. The sink did not drain in the guest bathroom. I think there is a little bit of a plumbing issue going on on this side of the house.The backyard is the star of the show. The pool is amazing. The hot tub did not work the entire weekend though.The 3 large beds were comfortable. The pillows were hard as rocks. The small bedroom on the side of the house had a tiny little bed in it that was hard as a rock. It almost seems like this room was an add-on and not much consideration, went into it.The kitchen was great and the living room was great. If you bring pets, please know that the backyard is fenced in for the most part. There are large portions of the fence that do not actually connect to the ground so if you have a small pet, they can get out and/or critters can get in into the backyard. I stay in a lot of vacation rentals. I assume that this is a new rental. As soon as the owners fix these defects, the house will be amazing.I would definitely stay here again, assuming they got these issues fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the neighborhood, found the home comfortable, and especially loved the pool and backyard. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The bedroom and bathroom layout is accurately represented in our listing photos and description. While we understand that different guests have different preferences regarding mattresses and pillows, this was the first time we received feedback about the pillows being too firm. Regarding the hot tub, it was fully operational before and after your stay. We were not notified of any issues during your visit, which unfortunately prevented us from troubleshooting what may have been a simple operating issue. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly assist with any concerns. The guest bathroom sink has been inspected, and drainage issue resolved. Had we been made aware of a drainage concern during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate immediately. As for pets, we ask all guests to disclose pets prior to arrival so we can ensure the property is a good fit and provide accurate information regarding the yard and fencing. The yard is fenced as shown in the listing, but guests with very small pets should always supervise them outdoors. We appreciate your comments and are pleased to hear that despite these concerns, you would consider staying with us again.
