Beautiful 4 bedroom house on Siesta Key. Less than a mile away (15 min walk/2 minute drive) from the famous Siesta Key beach and just over a mile to Siesta Key North and South village. Private, resort-style back yard with a saltwater HEATED pool surrounded by a park. Large covered patio with seating and oversized table for family and friends. Gas and Charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. Floor plan perfectly accommodates 1-2 families. Close to all of Siesta Key excitement with enough distance to enjoy a restful Siesta Key vacation.

Very spacious nicely decorated house for our family group of 7. Bathrooms and kitchens were nicely stocked. We enjoyed riding bikes, sitting by the pool and going to the beach. Screened in porch was a great spot for meals by the pool. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property in very nice neighborhood. Kitchen was well supplied, beds were very comfortable. Pool had some cleanliness issues, nothing horrible, and when the pool service man came he said he would let his boss and the owner know. Overall a great experience.

We have been vacationing in SK for over 20 years and this house was one of our favorite houses. It was great. The house was very spacious and perfect for multiple families. Owners allowed access to garage. We could park our car and golf cart rental in there which is really nice in the Florida summer heat. Great location-Siesta Isles is so peaceful and reminded us of the old SK. Communication with the owners was easy and they have a very well informed book and email for renters. We have already booked this house for next year so too.

Beautiful home on a quiet street

This house did not disappoint. The 5 bikes were great for riding down to a local coffee shop. They provided all the beach gear including but not limited to a beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, beach wagon, beach chairs and coolers. The kitchen was fully stocked. Our kids enjoyed the pool every evening. 10/10 recommend

Great House - Great Hosts!

Couldn't have been happier with the amenities at this house. There was everything you could possibly imagine for bringing to the beach. There was also well stocked daily essentials in the kitchen, such as sugar, soap, paper towels, coffee filters, etc it really made a difference! towel

Everything you need for a perfect vacation

We had a fabulous stay! Plenty of space indoors and out! The screened porch, heated pool and large fenced yard were idyllic outdoor options. We rode bikes or walked to the beach (approx 1 mile) and Village (approx 2 miles). Communication with owners was excellent. Hope to stay again!

Good experience

Great location, clean house with everything you would need to enjoy the beach, and responsive owners. Hurricane Helene was a problem, but we didn't get any flooding. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

This is a great property, in a great location. It is so close to Siesta Key beach, just a short bike ride. Close to everything, but far enough away that it is quiet. The pool was loved by all. Definitely recommend this property.

What a great experience! Christine and Troy were amazing hosts- they were communicative, helpful and very responsive. The home was beautiful- very well stocked for our family. Excellent Siesta Key vacation

Our party of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfect Siesta Key home. It backs up to a park, so no rear neighbors, and is situated far enough from each side neighbor not to feel encroached upon. We thought we would feel cramped, but not the case. There was actually plenty of room to spread out. We spent a lot of time in the screened-in sunroom. Very well-maintained, clean, welcoming, comfortable. Comfy beds and furniture. TVs in every room. Beautiful outdoor area, great heated pool. Photos are spot on. Troy and Christine were great hosts, very accommodating and responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Troy and Christine are the perfect hosts. They have thought of everything so that guest may have a wonderful stay. The pool, the grill, beach amenities, kitchen supplies all met our needs. Our family highly recommends this property.

Beautiful, well stocked home near the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with supplies, linens, toys, and baby gear. It felt as if it is actually lived in, unlike some rentals that have the bare minimum. Our kids spent hours playing in the pool and with toys, and it is conveniently located near the beach. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and spent a lot of time in the screened porch. Christine and Troy were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. I didn’t notice on the listing that there is a $3,000 refundable damage deposit on top of the rental price, but hopefully we don’t have an issue getting that back. We would definitely stay here again!

A Little Piece of Heaven

Perfect set up for 2 small families. 2 bedrooms on the left. 2 bedrooms on the right. Each side has a master bedroom/bath with walk in showers. One side has a bedroom with 2 twin beds but they are so comfortable! Every room has a door so that you have your own privacy. The center of the house is spacious as well. Large Sun room with a large seating area. Also a table for family time overlooking the pool with so many palm tree, palm bushes and lots of flowers. Truly feels like a jungle setting but you are in a privileged oasis. The owners have put so much thought into this property and are running a professional resort here. Don’t bring any beach towels or anything for the beach. It’s stocked with a beach wagon, beach stroller, chairs umbrella etc. Fir kids, leave toys at home. Plenty of games etc. The pool is stocked with floats as well. Kitchen stocked and provided with laundry detergent etc. Could go on but stop at this residence before going to the store! Lastly but most important
.. this property was sanitized too to bottom. No dust on windowsills, edging etc. Everything was so clean. Also the owners respond quickly to any concerns. The main beach 2 minutes away and the village another 5 minutes to our favorite beach in America! Lovely neighborhood. This place must not be a secret as it is always booked way out so my tip is to plan way ahead!

The house is amazing. Beautiful property with lush landscaping. The home was well equipped with everything you need. The free mangos that fell from the tree was a plus. They were super delicious. The property is close to everything. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Best trip ever!

Took a much-needed family vacation. My parents haven’t been on a vacation in a long time. My mom used to take us to Siesta Key when we were kids. It was my pleasure to bring her and my family here on vacation. And I am so glad this house was very accommodating and made our trip even that more special. Perfect stay all the way around. Effortless and beautiful.
