Backyard Oasis: 2-BR Family Home w/Private Pool

Discover this 2-bedroom 2-bath house with a beautifully landscaped yard and private pool in Sun City. The space features a king bed, a queen bed and a peaceful office area with a comfy sofa bed, ideal for work or extra guests. The home offers a large Arizona Room expanding the living space. Whether you're lounging by the pool or enjoying a cocktail under the pergola, you are sure to have a great time! We look forward to hosting you at our place! This unit is located in a retirement community and children under 18 are not allowed to stay more than 30 days. The Sun City community offers monthly rental passes/privilege cards with Proof of Lease (30 day minimum) and one person aged 55+ at Sun City Rec Centers. These provide amenities such as pool, fitness facilities, tennis, pickleball, and numerous other activities including multiple golf courses. Please check golf pricing online. Check Sun City rec center for more details at https://suncityaz.org/rcsc/. Children allowed but be ALERTED that the pool is not fenced in. Swim at your own risk. Pool is not heated, but if you’d like it heated or cooled, please let us know ahead of time. There is an extra fee at $100 per week. We look forward to your visit!

The pool was totally clean, we didn't ask to heat it as we had other activities to occupy us. Perfect getaway property, totally recommend it and would re book with no hesitation!
