The “Lüttje Hus” vacation home offers cozy and relaxing accommodations for up to three people. It is located in a quiet setting, near the baroque Clemenswerth Castle complex, and is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The ground-floor, non-smoking cottage features a living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, a double bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as a comfortable bathroom.

A washing machine in the garage is particularly convenient during the summer months.

An extra bed can be provided for small children upon request.

The well-maintained garden, complete with patio furniture and a grill, invites you to relax. The vacation home offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area): free weight area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 meters from the vacation home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a bathrobe
- Indoor tennis court and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request
- Sögel Climbing Forest: 10% discount on the regular ticket price / approx. 500 m from the vacation home area

The Sögel vacation home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s. Quiet hours in the Sögel vacation home area will be observed even during construction!
