Nature at it‘s best close to the city

The apartment was exactly as presented in the pictures and very well equipped. 5 of us had a great time and enjoyed the closeness and beauty of the Stadtpark and the tram to the city just around the corner. Baker, Restaurants and other shops are also 6 minutes walk away. The owner was very attentive and everything was very easy and enjoyable. We all would have loved to stay another week. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great location for walking

There are trails that start right behind the house. The #2 Train is steps away. The #3 train, university, and restaurants are a short walk away. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a loft with an additional bed. The patios are very nice. The owner responded instantly to all communications. Great Apartment!

Fantastic apartment with easy publuc transportation access

The apartment is a separate home within a larger house. Three large bedrooms plus a loft. Great kitchen/dining/living room. Well furnished. Every needed appliance and everything of the highest quality. Very comfortable. Walk to adjacent nature park 75 meters away. 100 meters to the local tram. 250 meters from restaurants, grocery and other services. A quiet relaxing retreat in a secure neighborhood of a vibrant, beautiful German city. An easy recommendation to which I would be very happy to return. Communication with the property manager was prompt and easy.

Prachtig appartement, gelegen in super stille omgeving dieect aan het stadsbos. Mooie wandelingen, botanische tuin en zo in t centrum van Augsburg.Prima restaurant Il Porcino op loopafstand (10min) en de supermarkt (Penny en Edeka) en de bakker (Knoll) op circa 5minuten lopen.

Sehr schöne, komfortable, großzügige und außergewöhnliche Wohnung. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. 3 sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr zweckmäßige eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist von der Größe für 5 bis 6 Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr schön am Stadtwald, bietet sich für Spaziergänge zum Botanischen Garten/Zoo sowie zum Kuhsee an. Die Verbindung in das Zentrum mit der Bahn ist in 50 Mezer möglich und dauert ca. 15 Min.. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle große Wohnung

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 4 km Fußmarsch vom Zentrum entfernt. Wer nicht laufen möchte hat die Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, außergewöhnlich eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Das Einzige, was wir vermisst haben, war ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse, da man diese bei Sonnenschein morgens kaum benutzen kann. Ansonsten 5 Sterne. Man ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell in der Augsburger Innenstadt und mit dem Auto sind viele interessante Ziele gut erreichbar.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren für 1 Woche zu fünft mit Hund dort. An Platz hat es nicht gemangelt, mit dem Hund war man schnell im grünen (Siebentischwald) und die Straßenbahn ist auch nur wenige Meter entfernt, sodass man schnell in die Innenstadt fahren kann. Lediglich die Küche hätte etwas besser bestückt sein können. Messbecher, Küchenwaage, Handrührgerät etc. waren nicht vorhanden.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Insbesondere die Nähe zum Augsburger Stadtwald (wenige Meter) und die sehr gute Anbindung mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind hervorzuheben. Die gesamte Abwicklung funktionierte reibungslos.

Romantische Luxuswohnung

Wunderschön eingerichtete Dachwohnung mit Balken, Kamin und offener Küche. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Man ist innerhalb von 15 - 20 min in der Innenstadt.

Meraviglia!! Ein Traumaufenthalt!

Mit Freunden sind wir nach Dresden gefahren um diese wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir wurden aufmerksam betreut. Die Wohnung ist herrlich geschnitten und man kann sich auch mit 5 Personen wohlfühlen. Wir haben es genossen zusammen zu kochen und das Ambiente dieser Wohnung zu genießen. Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert. Man war schnell in der Stadt.Wir waren rund herum zufrieden ebenso unsere famiglia. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir wieder dieses schöne Apartment mieten. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit super Ausstattung

Sehr großräumige und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss mit Blick über Dresden. Parkplatz mit auf dem Grundstück. Eigentlich verdient diese Wohnung volle 5 Sterne aber ich ziehe 1 Stern ab, weil die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer viel zu hart und unbequem ist. In der zweiten Nacht haben wir uns zwei Decken untergelegt, sodass wir nicht die Klappkanten der Schlafcouch im Rücken hatten. Auf dem Doppelbett bzw. der Doppelliege im Schlafzimmer mit einer Breite von 160 cm ist für zwei Erwachsene auch nicht ideal. Wenn das Problem gelöst wird, dann gebe ich gerne "6 Sterne".

Toller Jahreswechsel

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Jahreswechsel in dieser super schönen Ferienwohnung. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht was das Urlauberherz sich wünscht. SUPER Mansarde

Unsere Erwartungen an die Wohnung wurden nach Ankunft noch übertroffen. Eine so liebevolle und bis in kleinste Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung verdient mehr als 5 Sterne. Es hat alles prima geklappt, vielen lieben Dank auch an die Nachbarin und ihre sehr nette Tochter. Dresden ist ja immer eine Reise wert, aber in der Vorweihnachtsmarkt einfach ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort..... :-) :-) :-)
