Located right in the Heart of Victoria Park. Steps from Haultain Park and tennis courts, within walking distance to Stampede Park, downtown, vibrant 17th Avenue shops, and restaurants, while also being close to schools and public transit. With incredible proximity to all things Calgary, this space will surely draw you in!
This spectacular property offers a unique living experience, offering a harmonious blend of high-end finishes, carefully crafted interiors, and plenty of natural light. If you're looking for the perfect balance of elegance and comfort, this home is for you!
After a fun-filled day of exploring, hang out with your friends and family in the spacious living area and watch a movie or watch a sports game on our 60" Smart TV.
