Enjoy peaceful days with a unique panoramic view:<br>This modern, light-filled architect-designed home accommodates up to 4 people and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing North Sea vacation. <br><br>Location <br>The beautiful Hannes Huis is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small Frisian village of Neukirchen, with views of the vast marshland—sunset views included.<br>It’s no wonder that the famous painter Emil Nolde was drawn to a district of Neukirchen—Seebüll, now a museum—and to this magnificent natural landscape with its ever-changing sky colors. Shopping, restaurants, an outdoor pool, a swimming lake, the Dike Museum, a barefoot garden, Gotteskoog Lake, Rickelsbüller Koog, the North Sea—with access to the islands, Halligen, and Denmark—are all located in the immediate vicinity.<br><br><br> Amenities The single-story Hannes Huis offers approximately 135 square meters of living space, a large southwestern-facing terrace (60 square meters), and is situated on a fenced-in garden lot of approximately 1,500 square meters.<br><br>The spacious and light-filled living area features a large, comfortable round sofa and a flat-screen TV, a modern dining area, and an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine.<br><br>The two bedrooms (one with a box-spring bed (180 x 200) and a separate walk-in closet, the other with two single beds and its own TV) can accommodate up to 4 people.<br><br>A highlight is the large wellness bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and sauna (fee: 15 € per sauna session) offering a direct view of expansive fields. To cool off after a sauna session, you can step directly outside through the patio door.<br><br>The guest restroom and an utility room with a washer and dryer (for a fee) round out the amenities. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating.<br><br>When the weather is nice, the terrace invites you to relax.<br>We provide plenty of comfortable patio furniture, as well as a large patio table for the whole family. A charcoal grill is available for the perfect barbecue evening. <br><br>Special Features <br>Children and dogs are very welcome here. The large, fenced-in garden offers plenty of space for both two-legged and four-legged friends to run around and play. <br>We’re happy to offer you free Wi-Fi. Parking is available right next to the house.<br><br>Bed linens and towels (€20 per set) can be booked as an add-on.
