Step into your culinary dream in this well-equipped kitchen offering a convenient coffee station, fully stocked essentials for crafting the perfect meal, a spacious dining room table accommodating up to 8 guests as well as four bar height stools at the breakfast bar.

There is an abundance of dining space here at Havasu Serenity. The indoor dining room offers seating for eight around the large custom table along with countertop seating for four. Taking it outside, you are greeted by another large sized table with seating for six.

LIVING
Welcome to the space of relaxation and amusement! This spacious living area boasts an open floor plan, complete with smart TV for continuous streaming. The spacious couch is a great area to play some games or simply just relax. Seamlessly flowing into the open kitchen, it offers an impeccable space for socializing. With views overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard and a cozy fire pit area, it`s the optimal spot to relax and create unforgettable memories with cherished people!

There is a spacious designated parking area for this home. Allowing full access to the large driveway with side parking and available parking in the two car garage.

To ensure your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed, providing a secluded and tranquil space for your enjoyment. You can enter Havasu Serenity at any time using our secure and convenient keyless entry system.

*Please note: guests will not have access to the RV garage.

QUIET HOURS
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in observing the designated quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. By doing so, you contribute to maintaining the tranquility of the neighborhood and upholding our reputation as considerate and respectful neighbors.

SMOKING
To maintain the pristine ambiance of Havasu Serenity, we kindly request that there be no smoking inside the house. In the event that smoke is detected, a fee of $500 will be applied to your reservation. We have provided an uncovered backyard space where smoking is permitted. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in upholding these guidelines.
