Nautical Estates est parfaitement situĂ© au cƓur de l'Ăźle juste en face du cĂ©lĂšbre London Bridge.

Nous sommes à proximité des meilleurs restaurants, bars et boutiques du lac Havasu.
Un nouveau restaurant, "The Boat House Grill" vient d'ouvrir à cÎté. A 5 minutes à pied du condo avec de la nourriture et des boissons merveilleuses pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dßner.

Le condo a un accÚs facile aux lancements de bateaux gratuits de l'ßle et juste à cÎté du parcours de golf et de la marina pour l'accostage ou le service des bateaux si vous en avez besoin.

Il y a aussi votre propre garage sécurisé pour 2 voitures et dispose d'un grand parking pour bateau ou remorque.

Nous avons une belle piscine et un bain à remous avec des chaises longues et un espace ombragé avec des tables.

Rénovation tout juste terminée avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, un plancher et toute nouvelle salle de bain à l'étage. La maison de ville dispose de 3 chambres avec lits queen, 6 couchages.
La cuisine a 4 tabourets de bar, la table Ă  manger a 6 chaises confortables. 10 siĂšges au total pour le dĂźner et autres.
Canapé confortable avec 3 fauteuils inclinables. Téléviseurs à écran plat de 46 ".

Le dernier étage a un patio extérieur pour se détendre aprÚs une journée sur le lac.

Le sentier de marche ou de jogging de quatre miles est juste devant la porte.

Il y a une promenade Ă  travers le canal jusqu'au London Bridge. Cet endroit a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un merveilleux moment au lac Havasu.

Nous sommes juste en face du London Bridge, au cƓur des meilleures offres du lac Havasu. Il s'agit d'une location NON-FUMEUR ET SANS ANIMAL DOMESTIQUE.

Can't say enough good things about this location. Comfortable stay and the attention to details blew me away. One bathroom had light green walls, there was contrasting reddish/orange flowers with matching liquid soap. Loved everything about this Lake Havasu home. Friendly neighbors that made us feel welcome. Would stay again, hopefully for a longer stay.

Perfect spot!

This is our 2nd time staying at this place for memorial weekend. It’s close to the campground that the rest of our family stays at. This time I did some trail walking while the rest of the family slept in. I enjoyed the memorial trees planted along the trail. The area is beautiful and in a great neighborhood! The house is very clean and ac works great!

First time visiting

This was our first time visiting the area. We brought our boat with us to enjoy the Holiday weekend on the water. Everything was just a stated in the description of the property. Nice quiet area to stay. The Boathouse Grill was a great place to eat and loved that they offered specialty coffee there. Definitely will try and book this place again as we are planning to make this a yearly visit just not in July as it is too hot.

Great stay!

This condo and location were perfect for our visit to Lake Havasu. The condo was very clean and nicely done and is located in a great spot to access the lake. Boat ramps are very close by and convenient. We planned this trip very last minute and weren't able to get a slip, but there was a perfect spot outside the garage of the condo to park the boat. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Home away from home

We spend most of our time on lake and visiting friends yet the home was very comfortable. We played games at the large table and it was convenient to unload our beach stuff in the garage overnite. Beds were comfortable. CJ was very very accommodating. Our friends rented another unit across the way and they were more impressed with our unit and the way the owner CJ was so helpful. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Estates, it was clean, comfortable, quiet and very reasonable. We definitely look forward to using this property again. Great location close to Havasu Marina. Nicely furnished and updated to current standards.

The property is very clean and well kept. There are three full bedrooms, two bathrooms, both of which, including the kitchen, are all updated to current trends. The owner is very responsive and courteous. I highly recommend staying at this locaton for a comfortable vacation.

Nightmare

We arrived to a fairly nice looking condo. We have rented in this complex for years. We will never stay in this unit, again! When putting our daughter to bed, we discovered an apparent bodily fluid stain on the quilt! We notified the owner. The response was to call us a liar even though we sent pictures. The next morning our eldest child went to use the downstairs shower. There was a bloody bandaid with hair on it on the shelf. This condo has certainly not been cleaned very well. The owner has the thermostat locked and we were freezing. But the icing on the cake (apart from the prison mattresses) was coming home from the lake. The garage was wide open and our access door was unlocked. We packed up and left. It was enough. The owner could have cared less about any of our concerns. We will never rent that unit again!

I have spent years coming to Lake Havasu for fun on the lake. I have stayed at Hotels, campgrounds and other VRBO. Most places I have stayed, I was not very happy with. I was able to purchase this property that needed some remodeling. I was able bring it all up to date the way I would love to stay on a vacation. This was a pleasure to do knowing it was for Vacationing. I went threw the condo top to bottom. I am looking forward to staying in the condo myself when it is not rented. I enjoy staying here and I hope you do also.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The condo is in such a perfect location. It is close to everything Havasu has to offer.

A new restaurant, "The Boat House Grill" just opened next door. A 5 minute walk from the Condo with wonderful food and drink from breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you are coming for boating you can’t beat it.
There is plenty of parking for your boat and boat ramps minutes away.

You can taxi to all the places to be in Havasu for under $10 if you want to go have a drink and don’t want to drive your car.

There is a two-car garage to keep your car cool when you are not using it.

You can even walk to the beach golf courses, restaurant and bar at the Nautical resort.

There is a wonderful walking/biking path that goes around the Island that is just out the door of the condo.

Just a few years ago I went threw the condo top to bottom with all new flooring. Completely remolded the upstairs bath, refinished all the beautiful oak cabinetry with a darker stain that brings it up to date.

The Kitchen has all new granite counter tops and appliances as well as all the silverware, glasses, toaster, blender and so on.
The furniture is all very comfortable, well made and looks great. Just see photos.
