Outside, nine acres of lawn, woods, and a private stocked fishing lake create a stunning natural backdrop. Enjoy the gazebo with a built‑in cooking station, a gas firepit for evening gatherings, and a large balcony overlooking the grounds.

Located just three miles from Platte River access and minutes from west of Omaha, this country estate blends peaceful seclusion with convenient proximity to the city.

Please note the following house rules. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Guest must be 25 years or older to stay alone. Guest under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests under the age of 21 are not allowed to be served alcohol.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed and must be included in your reservation to be authorized. There is a $40 per pet additional cleaning fee. You must clean up all pet waste from the yard. Dogs must be crated when you are not in the home.

A maximum of 18 people are allowed at the house at all times. Our insurance policy will not allow us to host any additional people at the house.

We are on a septic tank. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Flushing other items like wipes, feminine products, diapers, etc will result in a clogged septic system and will disrupt your visit. If there is any indication that the septic system is clogged, contact your host immediately. Do not let the problem get worse.

The cleaning fee includes standard cleaning. Additional cleaning fees will be added if excessive cleaning is required. No glitter or confetti allowed on the property. 

Smoking is allowed in designed outdoor areas only. No candles or incense burning indoors. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. You are welcome to swim in the pond, but please be advised that you do so at your own risk. There are no lifeguards available.

If there is something wrong in the house, contact your host right away and before contacting VRBO so we have a chance to make it right.

Do not tamper with the alarm system, fire or smoke alarms, or exterior cameras. Do not move interior furniture. If you move exterior furniture, move it back to it's original place before you leave.

Take trash to dumpster and load and start the dishwasher before leaving. Please close and lock all doors and windows prior to checking out.
