This is the front unit of a duplex with an off-street parking space and washer and dryer for guest use.
This is the front unit of a duplex. Please do not park in the long driveway, this unit`s parking is the concrete pad right in front of the house. There is also lots of street parking available if you have more than one vehicle. Please be mindful of noise, so as not to disturb the other residents.

Please no parking or smoking inside of the home.
