On-site parking and laundry, makes your stay hassle-free. Located just minutes from downtown, you’ll have quick access to local restaurants, grocery stores, and cozy cafés. Book your stay today!
We need a basic idea of why you`re coming to Spokane. Non-smoking residence. Please NO food or beverages in the bedrooms. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This place is a great stay! It is clean and accommodating! The hosts are excellent to work with! It is historic place with all the old school charm! We loved it. I would recommend this absolutely to all my family and friends! I give it 20 stars!!! Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place!

The duplex was fine for a short stay. I had a lot of problems with the payment aspect of the booking process, but the host responded within reasonable amounts of time, and we worked it out. Parking was confusing, the floors were very squeaky (expected with an old house?), and I had to wipe a spill on the kitchen the floor upon arrival. Otherwise it was a great place to stay while we were in Spokane for a family gathering.

Beautiful Home

This property had everything that we needed. I loved being able to cook a real dinner one of the nights of our stays and have a homecooked breakfast as well. The house was beautiful and comfortable. I loved the big windows in the living room and the clawfoot tub.
