Lage war gut. Dachwohnung auch für sportlich Ambitionierte mit Gepäck nur mühsam erreichbar. Sogenannte Küche erinnerte an die Kochniesche einer Studentenwohnung, Ausstattung inklusive. Versprochener Wellnessbereich wegen Verschmutzung infolge eines Wasserschadens nicht verfügbar. Fahrradgarage wegen Überfüllung meist nicht nutzbar, Fahrradständer draußen für E-Mountenbikkes ungeeignet. Dunkles Wohnambiente. Insgesamt völlig überteuertes Angebot.
