Cozy attic apartment (55sqm) with eat-in kitchen and covered balcony

Our cozy penthouse apartment with a balcony is approximately 55 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Hand towels and bath towels are changed once a week. The apartment also features a kitchen-living room with a dining area and a kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and a refrigerator. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and dish towels are provided. The balcony is covered and furnished with a table and chairs with cushioned seats. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Pets allowed upon request. Payment is due on-site in cash. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed (pet surcharge: 5.00 EUR/night). A baby crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 0.90 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per day, and 0.70 EUR per day for children (ages 6–15), is payable on site.
