This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was built in 2008. it is located on Prospector Mountain on a ridge overlooking Main Street Hill City and the Black Hills Central Railroad (1880 Tourist Train). Enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nearby Harney Range. Paved roads lead all the way to this home with a double garage. It is just a stroll down the hill to “Major Lake” for fishing, or to access the Mickelson Hiking/Biking Trail and Hill City’s Main Street.
On the main floor: Master bathroom with king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with tub & shower. Fully furnished kitchen with side by side refrigerator and plenty of cabinets and walk-in storage for your supplies. Kitchen/dining with seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen counter. Living room with queen sleeper sofa, love seat, TV and gas log stove. The upper wrap-around deck has a table, deck chairs and gas grill.
