Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped back to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street "An der Waldkapelle"; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via "Strandallee."

Our reception desk, located at the main entrance on the first floor, handles check-in and provides concierge services for our guests.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which features privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

High-quality hardwood flooring, natural stone floors, brand-name appliances, and exclusive interior design and furnishings will ensure that you can enjoy your vacation in a luxurious atmosphere.

All apartments are furnished in the same style. Please refer to the respective floor plans for the layout and amenities. From the 1.5-room apartment with a double bed to the three-bedroom apartment, there is something to suit every need. Thanks to the large windows and the balcony or terrace, you’ll find a light-filled apartment in every season—and depending on the location within the building, some even offer a sea view.
