About this property

House at the sea

Holiday home (Wi-Fi access) with three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (travel cot available). Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and bathtub. Spacious dining room with a large dining table and six chairs (children’s “Trip-Trap” chair available) with an open kitchen and cooking island (large ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand blender, etc.). The dining and living rooms are equipped with a stereo system and TV, and one TV has a DVD player. A large, light-filled living room in the attic offers a wonderful view of the Wohlenberger Wiek. Sun loungers invite you to sunbathe on one of the three terraces. A washing machine and dryer, as well as hand and bath towels, can be booked for an additional fee. Bed linens are included in the price; an iron and ironing board are available.

Golf: There is a golf course in Hohen Wieschendorf, approximately 10 km away.

Beach: An ideal beach for families with children, featuring shallow water and a well-maintained natural sandy beach; some areas also feature sunbathing lawns and play facilities for children near the beach (mini-golf, “a different kind of bowling,” and quad and motorcycle tracks for children ages 5 and 7 and up, respectively). Water sports: Surfing and kitesurfing.

A visitor’s tax is charged in Wohlenberg, which also covers beach access. All day visitors, overnight guests, and second-home owners are subject to this tax. The tourist tax amounts to:
• Full-rate payers aged 16 and older: €1.50 per day (as of April 1,-31.10.2026: €2.00 per day)
• Severely disabled persons with a GdB of 50: €1.00 per day (as of January 1,-31.03.2026: €0.75 per day)
• Companions of individuals with severe disabilities (designation B): 1.00 € per day
Children up to and including age 15 are exempt from the spa tax.

Großzügiges, gut strukturiertes Haus mit Top-Ausstattung in ruhiger, kleiner Ferienhaussiedlung. 3 Schlafzimmer, alles modern, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommnunikation mit der Vermieterin. Strand ca. 300 m über einen Wiesenweg erreichbar. Zum nächsten Supermarkt Auto oder Fahrrad erforderlich, Boltenhagen ist 5 km entfernt. 5 Sterne!

Die Kommunikation mit Frau Beder war jederzeit absolut professionell, freundlich und super schnell. Wir waren jederzeit bestens informiert. Frau Beder hat vorab sogar die Kurkarten für uns organisiert, sodass der Uralub komplett stressfrei starten konnte. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und absolut gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Mit Hilfe einer Ausstattungsliste wurde sogar im Vorfeld das Haus direkt nach unseren Wünschen eingerichtet. Ausstattungstechnisch mangelte es an nichts und der direkte Blick auf die Ostsee ist natürlich das Highlight. :-) Vielen Dank nochmal an Familie Beder und alles Gute! Ein entschleunigender Aufenthalt wie zuhause

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, es mangelte eigentlich an nichts. Wenn man die Nutzung des HWR nicht dazubucht, den wir netterweise zusätzlich für die Unterbringung von Fahrrädern nutzen durften, wird es allerdings schwierig mit der sicheren Unterbringung von Fahrrädern, da die Garage nicht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung steht. Das ist aber auch unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Frau Bader hat uns bereits im Vorfeld, sowie während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Rat und Tat sehr liebevoll und umfangreich betreut. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr detailreich eingerichtet und ausgestattet, sodass man sich wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt hat. Der Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles.

Vielen Dank für die nette und ausführliche Bewertung. Aber ;-) ... der Hauswirtschaftsraum braucht nicht dazugebucht werden, der kann grundsätzlich von unseren Gästen genutzt werden und ist bereits in der Miete für das Ferienhaus enthalten :-).

Schöner Urlaub an der Ostsse

Wir können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man nie das Gefühl hat in einem Ferienhaus zu sein. Man fühlt sich wirklich "Zuhause". Auch die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist klasse.

Super Urlaub !

Wir waren von Anfang an total begeistert vom Ferienhaus, aber auch der Verbindung zur Vermieterin. Im Vorab gab es schon viele liebe Mails mit Hinweisen und Tipps. Frau Beder erkundigte sich sogar, ob wir gut angekommen waren und ob es an noch etwas fehle. Sie wünschte uns eine gute Heimreise und reagierte auf unsere kleinen "Mängel", die wir entdeckt hatten (nichts dramatisches!). Zum Empfang gab es eine kleine Überraschung auf dem Esstisch und das Haus war sehr liebevoll österlich gestaltet. Aber auch die maritime Gestaltung des Hauses ließ auf viel Liebe zum Detail schließen. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Haus bot einen guten Ausgang für diverse Unternehmungen. Aber es bot auch durch seine vielen liebevoll gestalteten Rückzugsmöglichkeiten im und um das Haus herum, viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Zimmer waren alle samt super toll! Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell !!! Wir wären gern länger geblieben. Von uns gibt es die volle Punktzahl! Wir wünschen Familie Beder alles Gute und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wie schon die vorherigen Bewertungen geschrieben haben: Herausragende Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Eine so gut ausgestattete Küche hatten wir noch nie! Auch sonst sehr viele liebevolle Details. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern von Anfang bis Ende. Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Lage: Das Haus liegt mit herrlichem Blick auf die Ostsee. Der Strand, den man in ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß erreich, hat uns allerdings nicht überzeugt. Direkt am Strand entlang führt eine Landstraße, von wo man die vorbeifahrenden Autos die ganze Zeit hört. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ist das Haus aber super - Boltenhagen, Klützer Winkel, Wismar, Lübeck, Schwerin. Viele schöne Orte sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert

Weder die Lage des Hauses (absolut ruhige Siedlung, Strandnähe, gute Straßenanbindung) noch die reichhaltige und schöne Ausstattung des Hauses lassen irgendwelche Wünsche übrig. Sowohl die Sauberkeit im Haus als auch die gepflegte Außenanlage sind lobend zu erwähnen Hervorzuheben ist die aufmerksame, kompetente und sehr herzliche Betreuung und Kommunikation durch die Vermieter, die im Vergleich zu einer Vielzahl früherer Anmietungen woanders deutlich heraussticht.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus + Umgebung. Toller Kontakt zur sehr netten Vermieterin und ein Wort zum Haus, das viel aussagt: der Wasserkocher war bei Ankunft kalkfrei (zum ersten Mal in einem Ferienhaus). Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus, super gelegen und ein toller Strand vor der Tür.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Sehr schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Ostsee. Es ist mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet, ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht und uns super wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Sicht auf die Ostsee

Ein wunderschönes, modern und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und liebevolle Küstendeko in jedem Raum. Über einen kurzen Fußweg erreicht man gleich den Strand. Eine herzliche Begrüßung der Vermieterin und ein aufmerksamer und unkomplizierter Kontakt runden das Wohlfühlpaket ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Erholsame Tage an der Ostsee

Unsere Wahl war hinsichtlich des Hauses, der Region, des guten Kontaktes zur Vermieterin und des Wetters ein Glücksgriff. Wir haben uns in dem gut ausgestatteten und properen Haus durchgängig wohl gefühlt ! Erholsamer Urlaub an der Ostsee

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen, mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Einkaufsmöglich sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
