Nestled in Olde Naples on 5th Avenue South, 1.5 blocks from beach and 1.5 blocks from fine dining and shopping on famous 5th Avenue. 10 minute walk to Cambier Park playground and tennis courts. This perfectly located condo offers a comfortable retreat with two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king bed. Guests will appreciate the two full bathrooms. The space stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it perfect year-round. 55 inch smart tv in main living area and a 48 inch smart tv in master along with a 40 inch smart tv in guest room. One of the few condos in Old Naples with its own washer dryer in the unit along with hair dryer and iron add extra ease to your stay. Heated pool and courtyard patio. No need for a car but there is complimentary parking on a first come first serve basis, 9 parking spots for 14 units with free street parking across the street. Four Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and cooler. Relax and enjoy a phenomenal blend of comfort and style in this excellent home away from home.
