• Exterior building security camera at the main entry

• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed

• Fire extinguisher provided inside the unit

• Tampering with, disabling, or removing building fobs, smart locks, security devices, cameras, or noise monitors is strictly prohibited, resulting a penalty (see house rules for further details)



🧼 Supplies & Consumables

• Starter supplies are provided for arrival

• Guests are responsible for restocking consumables during longer stays

• The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or lost belongings

• No window guards are installed. Please keep windows closed, especially with children present



🔑 Key Fob Security Deposit



• A fully refundable $100 security deposit is required for key fob use (see house rules for the fees)

• Deposit is returned within 1 to 2 business days after checkout

• Valid proof of key fob return is required

• Please submit a clear photo or video showing the key fob returned successfully

• Failure to return the fob, or if it is lost, will incur charges. (see house rules for the fees)
