Each Ponce City Market unit involves a laundry and dryer and safe parking access. The 80-year old building was a southeast hub
for Sears Roebuck & Co.; every flat includes freshly sealed-and-stained concrete
floors, steel-frame windows and enclosed glass showers juxtapose the best of
modern living with historical appeal.
By living in this community, you'll be connected to the best neighborhoods,

PARKING: $24 daily parking.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.

RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
