"Haus am Sonnenhügel" is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Thallichtenberg near Kusel, with a view of Lichtenberg Castle. It offers two beautiful, newly furnished vacation apartments: the spacious four-star “PUSTEBLUME” apartment and the three-star “GÄNSEBLÜMCHEN” apartment with a cozy sloped ceiling. We are no longer classified by the DTV as of 2009–2024, but the stars are provided for reference.<br> Our hotel-restaurant “Burgblick” is located just 40 meters away, so you don’t have to miss out on the amenities of a hotel stay. The Burgblick kitchen offers regional and seasonal delicacies while you enjoy the unique view of Lichtenberg Castle.<br> We offer a varied breakfast buffet to get your day off to a good start. We primarily use regional products: sausage from the butcher, eggs from happy chickens, homemade bread, house-made jams, honey from Armin’s bees, and much more.<br> Cozy attic apartment with a balcony and a view of the countryside. The apartment is located on the first floor and is characterized by its cozy, wood-paneled sloped ceiling; at 55 m², it’s ideal for a vacation for two. The apartment consists of a bedroom with ample storage space for your luggage. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom with natural light, a living and dining area with access to the covered balcony, as well as a separate, new kitchen with natural light and a storage closet containing all necessary cleaning supplies.
