Centrally located to both downtown Boise and Hyde Park, which makes for easy walks to shops, restaurants and trails. Enjoy the many charms this beautiful neighborhood offers.

The North End is Boise's first suburb and came into existence durning the late 19th century. It lies between downtown Boise, 11 acre Camel's Back Park and the rolling foothills beyond. The neighborhood is filled with ecletic architecture, ranging from Queen Anne and Craftsman to Tudor Rival and Modern. It is mostly a neighborhood of cottages with a nice mix of mulitfamily homes. Street after street is lined with homes maintained with much of their orignial design and then complimentd by a mature canopy of trees that shade the sidewalks below. Hyde Park on North 13th Street is known for its bike shop as well as restaurants and shops. So much to see and to enjoy!

One parking spot will be available to you in the back of the unit. It will be the opening to the far left. Please leave room for two other cars to park next to you. After 3 pm and before 7 am you can park in front of the house on the street if you are able to locate a spot. Our neighborhood is mixed use with both residential and business.

Enjoy your private suite complete with 10 foot ceilings, hardwood floors and boldly painted wood trim throughout. The space is furnished with farmhouse house decor and is meant to be comfortable and inviting. Enjoy a small corner fireplace and a 55" Smart TV while resting on a large comfortable sofa that can easily convert to a queen sized Serta bed with minimal disruption to surrounding furniture. Counter seating in the kitchen as well as a small banquet dining area which allows for a beautiful view of "The Cathedral of the Rockies". A well stocked coffee bar is available for a cozy morning in, and we provide a fully stocked kitchen if you would like to prepare a meal or a light snack. Spices and some basic kitchen condiments are provided.
A small room connects the living space to the bedroom and attached bath and can be used to house your luggage and recreational items.
The bedroom is complete with a comfortable queen size bed that includes both firm and soft pillows, a night stand with reading light and alarm clock that will easily charge your device merely by placing it right on top. A closet to hang your clothes and store more luggage is then shared with a stacked washer/dryer combo. An iron and small ironing board is provided in the closet for our convenience.
A full bath with soft fluffy towels, makeup removal cloths, and shower essentials should be everything you need to unwind from your travels or relax after a long day of fun in the Boise area.
Sit out front in our patio chairs and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee as this is an amazing way to take in the beautiful city views and enjoy the vibe of the neighborhood.

Getting around the neighborhood is easy as you can step right out the front door and start walking. Downtown is literally a quick 4 block walk and Hyde Park is about a 7 block walk. Electric scooters are available all around town and you can borrow them by installing an app on your phone. Additionally, we provide two crusier bikes ,but rental opportunites are nearby if you prefer something more performance related.
Our home is located 4miles from Boise Airport which is approximately a 14 minute drive through town.

It is important to note the the home is over 100 years old so you will more than likely hear the footsteps and muffled voices of your neighbors. Open and close doors gently and keep tv noise at an acceptable level. Please keep their comfort in mind with your noise level and they will do the same. No outside guests or parties allowed please. Only registered guests allowed. Absolutely NO PETS. Thank you for understanding.

We are a block away from Boise High School so during the day, the street out front will be busy with cars and people walking by. Late afternoons, evenings and weekends are serene and peaceful as the city quiets down. We do welcome your feedback and are so excited for you to stay with us.
