The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of our house. The forest begins right nearby, making it ideal for hikes and bike rides. Parking is available in front of the house. There is also a riding stable nearby.
The distance to downtown Bad Pyrmont is approximately 2 km.
Children up to 3 years old sharing their parents’ bed stay free.
For children ages 4–12, there is a discount per night. Please inquire.
A limited selection of books and games is available.

ABRACADABRA—our enchanting vacation apartment on the first floor can accommodate 2–5 people by converting the double sofa bed (full-size) in the large living room and using one extra bed in the bedroom.
Fully equipped built-in kitchen with plenty of dishwasher-safe dishes, coffee and espresso machines, oven, range hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc., plus a practical corner seating area.
2 TVs, radio. Close to the forest, view of the Königsberg from the large balcony (1.50 m x 9 m).
Suitable for hikers/cyclists as well as families with children.
South-facing shutters, high chair, travel crib, riding stable nearby, free Wi-Fi, parking in front of the house, non-smoking apartment, no pets.



On-site fees: A 20% deposit may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on-site upon arrival in cash (or alternatively by debit card). Please note that keys will not be handed over until payment has been made. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning is included in the price. Extra bed available upon request. A tourist tax of €3.40 per day per person is paid separately on-site. Included amenities: Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels
