Please note the following mandatory fees charged directly by the resort/government and collected by the Ritz at checkout:
• $250 per stay Resort Fee – Charged by The Ritz-Carlton Club, St. Thomas for non-members renting at the Club. This fee is per residence (not per person) and covers your entire stay, whether one night, one week, or longer. This will be done at check-in.
• $25 per night Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee – Charged by the Virgin Islands government for timeshare rentals. This fee is per residence (not per person). This will be done at check-in.
These fees are separate from and not included in the residence rental rate.
