Lovely stay

It is a great apartment with a beautiful views and convenient location for beach, shopping, transportation, activities and food. There was an additional 95 Euros charge for cleaning not mentioned in tge description but we were notified about after the confirmation. We loved our stay in Cala Millor and this apartment.

Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, so wie beschrieben. Wir fanden die Anzahl der Handtücher etwas zu wenig( für 9 Tage ein grosses und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person). Strandtücher wurden keine zur Verfügung gestellt! Allerdings verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine. Wir haben den tollen Ausblick sehr genossen und würden sie wieder mieten.

Wir stellen Handtücher bereit für den Anfang.....aber Sie sind in einer FEWO und nicht in einem Hotel...Deshalb haben wir eine Waschmaschine. Fewo bedeutet Selbstversorgung....

Top Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Ein Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar. Die Lage in erster Reihe in Cala Millor, dennoch abseits vom Trubel, ermöglicht einen unbeschwerten und entspannten Urlaub. Von allen Räumen der modern und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung und dem Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Im Haus befinden sich 3 Supermärkte und 2 Restaurants. Kurze Wege machen eine Eigenversorgung ganz leicht. Parkplätze für den eigenen PKW oder den Mietwagen gibt es vor dem Haus kostenfrei. Der lange Sandstrand mit einem flachabfallenden Ufer liegt direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Unsere erwatungen wurden nicht erfüllt!

Das im Preis enthaltene WLAN hat anfangs leider nicht funktioniert, der Verwalter teilte uns mit, dass es ein Problem des Anbieters wäre, dafür haben wir dann einen Ausgleich erhalten. In der darauf folgenden Woche konnten wir aufgrund eines neu installierten Routers das WLAN problemlos nutzen. Dinge die uns negativ aufgefallen und sind: Ein demontierter Rauchmelder, kein Stubenbesen oder Staubsauger, Wäschegestell verrostet. Lediglich 4 Handtücher (inkl. 2 Badetücher) für 2 Wochen. 2 Spülhandtücher, welche unansehnlich waren. Was uns positiv aufgefallen ist: Sensationeller Blick auf Umgebung und Meer, Strandnähe, sehr gute Betten (Matratzen), kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben sehr viel Geld für diese normale Ferienwohnung gezahlt. Das ist diese Wohnung leider nicht wert!!! Eine Empfehlung können wir für diese Wohnung daher nicht aussprechen!

Auf Ihre Bewertung war ich ja wirklich gespannt und es war mir klar. Wäschewechsel bei uns überhaupt kein Problem, NUR man muss diesen auch anfordern. Wenn ich Ihre Bewertung lesen , dass Sie diese an einem Wäscheständer ( übringens mittlerweile ersetzt, da diese sehr schnell rosten durch das Meer) und einem Besen festmachen dann find ich dies doch schon sehr merkwürdig und fast schon lächerlich !!
