Located on a charming, wooded, retreat featuring multiple individual cabins and a main house — perfect for couples, families, reunions, or groups traveling together. We are 1 mile away from the renowned Silver Dollar City! The Perch House is the original home at Cardinal Hill Retreat. Relax and unwind on the front patio, which offers a view of beautiful trees. Perfect to take in the fresh air as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening!

If you are traveling with extended family or friends, we offer multiple cabins and homes on the same property, up to 19 units total including two, 4 plex units. That way you can keep everyone close while still enjoying your own private space. Perfect for family gatherings, weddings, retreats, and group getaways. Reach out and we’ll help you coordinate the best setup for your group!
Pets? We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets under 50 lbs! A non-refundable flat fee of $60 applies per stay. For everyone’s comfort and safety, pets must be kept on a leash while on the property, should not be left unattended in the cabin unless crated, and we kindly ask that they stay off beds and furniture unless covered.
As a veteran household, we donate a portion of all proceeds to military charities. We truly appreciate your business!
