Enjoy panoramic sea views from the shaded rooftop terrace, ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply soaking in the scenery. On the ground floor, step into your own peaceful oasis: a private garden area where you can savor a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy dinner under the stars.

The home also includes a dedicated office room, making it a great choice for remote workers who want to stay productive while their family enjoys a comfortable stay.

Just a short drive from beautiful beaches, as well as restaurants and grocery stores, this house offers both convenience and tranquility—a perfect getaway spot that feels like home.
The following house rules are in effect:

• The maximum occupancy must be strictly observed as specified in the booking.
• All guests are required to pre-register before check-in using the online check-in form provided.
• The individual who made the reservation is expected to generally be present during the stay.
• As the area is quiet and peaceful, parties and loud music are not permitted. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hour is between 10pm and 8am.
• Smoking, vaping or smoking e-cigarettes is prohibited indoors. If smoking outside, please ensure doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering the premises.
• Pets and animals are not permitted in this property. Should you wish to bring a pet, contact us for recommendations regarding pet-friendly alternatives.
• Sunshades, umbrellas, awnings, and cushions should be closed, retracted, or secured when windy, overnight, or when leaving the property. Strong winds can damage these items.
• Keys should not be kept in the key lock box during your stay. Doing so may prevent entry from outside and necessitate a locksmith at the guest’s expense. Keys must not be copied. Lost keys will incur a €50 charge to cover the cost of changing the lock for security purposes.
• Towels are intended solely for personal use (face, hands, body) and must not be used for makeup removal, cleaning tables, or floors. Damaged towels must be replaced and will incur an additional charge. Property towels are not to be taken to the beach.
• Please replace damaged or lost items and notify us accordingly.
• If the property includes a BBQ, it must be cleaned after each use. If left uncleaned, an additional €20 will be charged for extra cleaning.
• Please place all garbage in garbage bags and dispose of all garbage in designated street bins.
