Hi, Sarah, thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. Hello, David! Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your visit! We regret that the bed was not suitable for your party and appreciate this feedback as an area to improve upon in the future. We are committed to providing our guests with the very best vacation experiences, and we regret to hear that a personal touch was lacking. We hope you’ll give us a second chance to impress you!

Thank you, Karl, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed the condo and found it clean, well-decorated, and full of good energy. It’s wonderful to know that your husband had a great time and is already thinking about a return visit in the fall. We genuinely apologize for the confusion regarding the parking pass. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how stressful it can be to worry about parking while traveling. We appreciate your patience and feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and ensure a smoother experience for future guests. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable getaway.
