Les équipements incluent un écran plat HD de 55 pouces, une connexion Internet haut débit sécurisée, des chaßnes cùblées HD étendues, de nouveaux petits appareils électroménagers, des draps et des serviettes de bain, des chaises de plage, une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, un accÚs sans clé. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. The home was decorated nicely and was close to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise.

The condo was very clean and was exactly as described. David is a great host and even checked with us midweek, which we have never had any other host to do. Would definitely stay again.

Great property

The host was very attentive and responded quick. Also the property looks better than the pics. 5 min walk to beach...very nice area.Close to shops, gas station, grocery store and fun things to do.

Cute and comfy

We booked this place for a last minute trip. Place was very cozy and quiet. Not a far walk to beach. Pool was always quiet and empty. Parking was a little tight but we made it work. David was very friendly helping us with any questions we had. Only thing was carrying luggage up the flight of stairs as there was no elevator. It’s okay though we got some exercise in. Also kitchen was a little dirt when we arrived (table was dirty and floor had crumbs) but nothing we couldn’t clean up real fast.

Destination Wedding for the Paynes

The property was perfect. Brian’s very spacious- great pool view and I loved the balcony in the bedroom. Close extremely close access to beach. Host was was Great and responded quickly!! Will stay again

This was a beautiful condo to stay in with your family. You can just walk to the beautiful beach. Communication with property manager was great. I would definitely come back here.

Friends Birthday Trip

I was familiar with this condo and location. We were looking for a quick get away to celebrate 40! So much in walking distance and great proximity to the public beach. Definitely would stay again.

too many stairs

It was ok. A bit further than 300' feet to the beach. Also, in the listing it doesn't say anything about being a 2 story unit!!! Big omission! Both bedrooms are up a flight of stairs -at least a dozen!! WE are 58 & 60. Can honestly say we would not have rented had we known.

Excellent value and location

Condo was very large and fully furnished although it could use updating. Still, it was completely functional. Given the price and the beach and Pompano Joes being nearby, I consider this place to be an excellent value. Most importantly, this owner provides a paid TV service with local channels (Hulu) when most Vrbos do not. Communication with the condo owner was great with him checking on us throughout the week.

The property was easy to book & David was great with communication. Extremely affordable! The condo is spacious & bright. Well stocked & fairly clean. Very quick walk to the beach and centrally located for shopping & dining. Would book again!

Location was close to sone things, close to a bike rental place to we could ride bikes to explore even further locations without the need of our vehicle. Great communication, easy transaction.

Great location just a short walk to beach!

Great communication with the owner! He checked in often with us to see if we were enjoying our stay and needed anything. My son & his wife flew in from MT ( airforce) to join us! We had an amazing time ! The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped! Expect to climb a flight of stairs to reach the unit though; this is not handicap accessible. I do have a daughter with CP and somehow i didnt read well enough so this caught me off guard but it was just one flight of stairs so we were able to manage just fine! Over all great stay and location !
