The Space:

Step outside your back door and onto the white sand of Panama City Beach at this Gulf-front condo in a prime location. In this beautiful spot, you'll have unbeatable access to an expansive deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, spectacular nightly sunsets, and fantastic dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby.



This beachfront condo sits on the first floor of a low-rise building on the west side of Panama City Beach. There's so much to explore in the area, with the Russell-Fields Pier, Gulf World, and Pier Park's 120+ stores, restaurants, and IMAX theater all within a mile. Spend your days fishing, kayaking, parasailing, driving 30A, or simply soaking up the sunshine and the gorgeous Gulf-front view.



Wake up to the sounds of crashing waves and slide open the double glass doors to breathe in the fragrant sea air. The shared beachfront deck is perfect for lounging all day long, whether you're savoring your morning coffee, barbecuing on the gas grill for lunch, or sipping cocktails at sunset.



With its walls of pastel emerald and central air conditioning throughout, the condo is a cool, comfortable, sun-lit space. In this open layout, you can take in a commanding view of the Gulf whether you're cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, reading the newspaper at the breakfast bar, or watching movies in the living room. Each bedroom is paired with its own TV and full bathroom. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are also provided.

Ok but needed attention

We had a good time, loved the location but no pool and the air conditioning was out the entire time and at this time I have not been give a credit or offered a reduced rate for a return trip

We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location, but we're truly sorry to learn about the air conditioning issue during your stay and that the absence of a pool was disappointing. We always want our guests to be comfortable and to have everything they expect, so we understand how frustrating this must have been. Family trip

Location of rental was perfect. On the beach. Restaurants in walking distance. Did the SkyWheel and there were lots of things to do for families with older kids. Rental was clean. Clean sheets and towels. Washer and dryer. Kitchen had plates/pots and pans for making breakfast. Neighbors were friendly. Bbq area was nice. Only thing I would have changed is the living room couch. And the mattress in the entrance. Very uncomfortable but not the biggest problem. Overall had a good experience.

Water heater went out after first day. Reported it and was told a property manager would be in contact. I did not hear back at all and had to bathe in cold water 2/3 days of my stay. Check in was told the code would be sent at 3pm and it was late. Place was somewhat clean except the mold in the bath tub handle. There is absolutely no local management to help. I would not pay prime rates for this place.
