Enjoy sunrises and unforgettable sunsets off your covered and furnished balcony. Inside, prepare quick beach snacks or full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. Gather around the dining table or kick back in the warm and inviting living area. With shared pools, a pool spa, spacious sundeck, and fitness room, you and your group are sure to have plenty of fun on your next vacation.



This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.



Things to Know

The private beach access and hot tub are currently closed. However, the beach can be accessed next door at Schooners, and both pools are open.

Seasonal bike rentals are available for an additional fee.

Reservations from March through October include beach service.

Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Beautiful view.

The view was absolutely stunning. My son loved waking up every morning to look at the ocean as the sun rose. The cleaning could have been better. It looked like black spots were in the shower and there was still sand on the floor. The only issue I have with check in it my code was wrong in the app and it never got updated like I asked them to.

It was a nice condo I just feel that they need a new mattress. I slept in a hole.. ahahha!! The couch seats were pretty dirty but we just put a sheet over it. But over all it had all that we needed and was cleaned well. The staff and check in process was easy as well. The condo comes with free chair service but I do suggest you bring your own because they take the chair cushions up at 5 and they are wooden and can hurt your bum to sit on.

Not desirable enough to rent again

Requested an early check in which was ignored by VACASA even though the unit was not and had not been occupied in days. Even offered to pay an early checkin fee and couldn’t get an answer back. The mattress was so horrible we did not get a good nights sleep the entire trip and woke up with back and neck pain. There were NO Extra blankets at all, just thin cheap covers on the master bed and on both bunk beds. There was probably 9 to 10 bathroom rugs thrown in a closet but zero blankets. The toilet paper that was supplied was a joke. It was so paper thin and had holes in it as you unrolled it. Kitchen did not even have minimal supplies, you’d be in trouble if you actually tried to cook a meal there. Disappointing compared to so many other properties we have rented.
