Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the amazing beach view, found the room clean, and appreciated the accurate listing description and charming decor. It's wonderful to know that the private balcony and spectacular view added to your experience. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the bed comfort and the coffee situation. Your suggestion about a pillow topper is valuable, and we'll be sure to pass it along to our team for consideration. We're sorry for any disappointment caused by the lack of coffee provided despite the coffee pots, and we'll look into how we can improve this for future guests. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful getaway in the future.

Thank you, Kay, for sharing your experience with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you loved the view and found the condo mostly clean. However, we’re genuinely sorry to learn about the issues you faced during your stay. It’s concerning to hear about the unexpected entry into your condo. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how unsettling that must have been for you. We take guest privacy very seriously, and we will address this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the door lock, we recognize how important it is for our guests to feel secure and comfortable. We will look into this matter to see how we can improve the situation. We also appreciate you bringing the lamp and mattress comfort to our attention; we want to ensure everything in our homes meets our guests' expectations. Your insights help us enhance the experience for future guests, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again. We’re committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d love the opportunity to make it right for you.
