This rental also includes a welcoming and extremely comfortable living area, a deluxe, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that's perfect for enjoying home cooked meals or playing a few board games. On-site, Summer House guests will enjoy access to shared pools, an extra-large hot tub, tennis courts, and a fitness center.



Less than three miles up the coast, discover fine dining, boutique shopping, and a full-featured marina offering opportunities for deep sea fishing, diving, and other watersports, all at SanRoc Cay Marina. For a day of outdoor adventure, hike or cycle the miles of trails that wind throughout nearby Alabama Gulf State Park. And find fun, family-friendly attractions at places like Adventure Island, less than a mile away, and Waterville USA, only six miles from this rental.

Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

The condo was great for the most part. Our 1 year old is crawling and within the first 30 minutes her hands, elbows and feet were black from all the dirt on the floor.

loved this condo on the beach! pool area was great. fun shops and good restaurants across the street. Walmart less than 5 minutes away. everything was very convenient! we had a great family vacation!

Everything was as described and we had all we needed for a great week at the beach. More towels and a new shower curtain would have made the trip more pleasant- but no complaints! We will be back!

Great weekend stay

Condo was perfect for three adult couples. Great location and just like pictures. A little surprise bonus was ice machine in unit. We were also delivered clean towels on the second day which was unusual. Will definitely stay again. We had no problems.

The condo was very clean and well decorated and the Kitchen was fully stocked almost everything one would ever need. The check in process seem less. The beach was very clean and well maintained. I would visit again in the future for sure.

Condo was very clean! View of Beach was great! We enjoyed the table and the chairs on the balcony! We were looking for something that didn't have bunk beds, so that was one of the reasons we went with this condo! Very please overall. The pool overlooking the beach was also a nice feature!

Amazing condo on gorgeous beach.

We loved everything about this condo. It was furnished with all the details you need. We had 5 adults and 1 baby and had plenty of room. Clean furnishings. The view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony was more spacious than most balconies. Very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great off-season experience

Decor, view and floor plan were great for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The weather was unexpectedly great. Easy to get to beach and pool. The hot tub and indoor pool were near the road, so required a walk across the parking lot. We had a car, but it is walkable to the Publix grocery, souvenir shops and a few eateries. Kaiser Realty was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Week!!

Our condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was spacious & comfortable. Everyone was pleased with their beds. We loved being able to eat on the balcony overlooking the beach. From the master, we could hear the waves while falling asleep & waking. Perfect location, too. This was the shortest walk to the beach that we’ve ever found & no steps (great for my mother).

Very nice condo, would stay here again.

Nicely decorated/updated condo with large balcony overlooking beach. Beautiful pool area, showers/hoses on walkways back from beach. We would definitely stay here again. Only room for improvement would be that there were no parking passes in condo initially, some dirty towels behind door in bathroom. Management company was a bit slow with communication, but it was a very busy time with lots of people at the beach.

Amazing location, gorgeous condo with perfect view!!!!

We loved the Summerhouse B condo unit. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was great access to the beach and all the restaurants. Condo 502B was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only complaints would be the elevators were very heavy and did not stop if someone tried to hold it open. And the condo arondak chairs on the patio were very scratchy to sit on, especially after being in the sun all day. We will be back and loved the property!!

Great vacation

All good except the ceiling fan pulls were not available (couldn't just have lights on without the fan). One other thing is that there were a few electrical outlets that didn't work. Love the coded door access, as well as loved the parking coded gate. But all in all was a great vacation.

Super Clean/Super Fun

We loved the space. Super clean, newly renovated, new appliances, well designed, furniture was comfy, mattresses were new, etc. While the building itself is showing some age, this unit itself is better than described. Check in/check out was super easy and the property management company was very attentive. We called a couple times to ask questions about check-in and add some friends to our reservation. They were great. No complaints whatsoever.

Amazing Beach Escape

Beautiful decorated condo right on the beach. Clean and relaxing. The only thing that keeps this from five stars is two wash cloths, one garbage bag and two rolls of toilet paper for five women really? We called for more wash cloths and there was no attempt to bring them. Please consider for the priceof this condo adding one or two more of each of these. We did appreciate the ice maker in the condo. I will recomemend this condo and would return again.

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautifully decorated as advertised. Location is great. Not a long walk to the beach, that was a bonus. The master bed could use a mattress topper. Our only real complaint is the balcony door wouldn’t lock. We have a 4 year old who could open it. No big deal during the day. We were worried about him waking up trying to open it. I called maintenance but they never came. We will definitely stay again.
