Great family vacation spot

This is our third year staying in this condo at this resort. Condo is super clean, comfortable and spacious with beautifu9views. It has everything we need and the beds are SO comfortable. Resort has a lot to offer as well with indoor and outdoor poolspools

We had a fabulous time here. The condo was clean and well stocked and the resort amenities were all in working order. The beach has the softest sand.

Beautiful condo!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this condo; it was everything we were looking for. Had minor maintenance issues but they were handled very promptly. Very nice experience, hope we can do it again.

Amazing Condo and Property

This is a top notch condo and resort! Check in and out was seamless! Everything was spotless and so comfortable! Very beautifully decorated! Highly recommend this place! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Pool and hot tubs were very clean and well kept ! Close to restaurants and activities! Thank you!!

Beautiful property

The condo was just like the pictures in the listing. A beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean and pool area. I could not sat anything bad about this condo. The pool area( indoor/outdoor) was very nice, the basketball , the grill area was very nice. This property will definitely be something that I would rent again.

Great stay. The only problems are the elevators and cell service. During peak times of the day it is very hard to get an elevator. Cell service was pretty much non existent

Beautiful property

Check in and communication were excellent. Condo was beautiful and comfortable. Few small things, the pans and toaster weren’t useable. We gave up and went out to eat and found lots of great local restaurants. Linens and glassware were excellent. Pool was amazing and sunrise on the balcony was even better. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay again.

Wow! Great place

We were very pleased with the entire property overall. We had great communication with our room and a small issue that absolutely caused us no issues. It was more of a cosmetic problem. The room was clean and we even encountered some very nice teenage kids that were great with our oldest grand girl. We will definitely be back and look forward to it.

Family Fun Paradise w/Luxury Amenities

First time to Orange Beach, AL and will not be our last! Property and unit were the ultimate family fun paradise. Days were joyfully spent in the sun poolside (including splash pad, pool, lazy river with water slide) or at the sandy beach; our children were obsessed! Unit was immaculate upon entry, well stocked, fresh linens in every room. Living room seating was comfortable, recline chairs (4) were super. The en suite laundry was a plus for a traveling family. The gulf side balcony views, relaxing tide sounds and outdoor furniture made for relaxing mornings, afternoons and evenings. Management company were great communicators and a breeze to work with their texting service.

Not this unit!

Please note that this was not the property we stayed in as we were moved to another unit due to repairs on the outside of the building and balconies that were not done yet. We were actually in same building but in unit 2411. THAT unit was wonderful, but I cannot review the one listed here. Later... It will not let me send this without hitting the stars so I hit top marks all the way for unit 2411.

Comfortable Condo

The condo was accurately described with a stunning balcony view and ample space for 7 people. The beds were comfortable, as previous reviews had mentioned. However, the elevator situation could be problematic, especially during peak times. During our stay, 3 out of 6 elevators were out of order on our last day. Fortunately, our family was able to navigate the 19 floors by foot, but it would have been challenging or nearly impossible with a cart full of beach items. The updated amenities in the condo area were very nice, and the employees did a fantastic job of keeping the property pools clean. My girls particularly enjoyed the slide and lazy river, while my parents appreciated the adult-only pool. The newly opened cafe, which had started operating just 2 weeks before our arrival, was a pleasant surprise. Although the food quality could use some improvement, the frozen drinks were solid and it was convenient to have a spot by the pool to enjoy them. We would return / recommendthe condo and thankful we were able to find this place on short notice.

Nice, clean condo with super comfy beds

We’ve stayed at Phoenix West II, but this was the first time in this condo. I prefer corner units, the balconies have more privacy. But we would choose this condo again, that is the best recommendation we can give. It is the cleanest condo we’ve stayed in. I usually run my fingers along the tops of pics, headboards, door facings, etc. There was no significant dust found in the entire condo. That’s a first for me. The bathrooms were spotless. Beds are very comfy, a must for older people with arthritis. The kitchen is well equipped. I always look for a condo with a nice recliner, loved that this has 4 comfortable recliners. My husband sat on the couch, he did mention it needs replacing. The arms are worn, there were a few soiled spots on it. The rental company contacted us several times by text, wanted to make sure everything was prefect, if not they would take care of it immediately. Other than the couch, the condo is perfect.

Top Property

Even at this high floor, you can still hear the waves and see birds and fish. Interior decoration was outstanding, a beach theme but elegant. Beds slept well. Excellent variety of bar ware provided.
