All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to late September, 4 m x 10 m, 1.5 m deep). No sun loungers and parasols available at the pool. 2 sun loungers in each flat.

Shopping 900 m, restaurant 700 m, town centre 900 m. In summer: Swimming opportunity 900 m in Lazise (beach 1000 m in Lazise with sand and gravel). Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain biking tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding, or hiking tours. Free climbing and paragliding are also available to holidaymakers.

Kitchenette in the kitchen-living room with dining area, gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
