Located in Marrakech, this bright and spacious 102 m² apartment is ideal for families and groups up to 8 guests. It features 3 separate bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms for comfort and privacy.

Comfort all year: the apartment has 4 inverter AC units (cooling + heating) — one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

Easy arrival: we welcome you in person when available (me or my father). Otherwise, self check-in is available with the building entry code (digicode) and a key box next to the apartment.

Sleeping arrangements: all beds are single beds that can be placed together for couples (especially in the master suite). The living room has an L-shaped sofa (not convertible) that can be used as an extra sleeping option for 1–2 adults; linens, pillows and duvets are provided.

Amenities: fast Wi-Fi, elevator (2nd floor), washing machine with laundry detergent, and household essentials (dishes and cleaning supplies). Baby cot and high chair available on request.

Location: shops, bakery, cafés and restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Taxis and bus stops (lines 12/13/18) nearby for easy access to the Medina and main attractions.

Parking & security: street parking is usually available in front of the building. Secure, well-maintained building with access code, a caretaker, and outdoor/common-area cameras only (none inside).
