Great for business travelers, couples, and small families. (Parking note: street parking is tough/limited—please message me before booking if parking is important.)

I chose this neighborhood because it’s one of the best “live like a local” pockets of DC—vibrant but still residential. You’re steps from excellent restaurants and cafés, close to multiple Metro/bus options, and minutes from Rock Creek Park for runs or walks. It’s an ideal base for exploring DC because you can get to the Mall and major museums easily, but you can also enjoy the city’s everyday rhythm right outside the door.
