Brand new modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood very close to the Metro, Bus Lines, Restaurants, Bakery, Delicatessen, Supermarkets, farmers' markets, pharmacy... even a National Forest! Really a 10-minute walk or less to all of these! Only a quick metro ride to all that DC has to offer from our oasis in the city!

Pet friendly - bring your furry friend. Off street parking with a 48amp EV charger.

Fully furnished with new furniture and appliances, full kitchen with all equipment, full-size laundry appliances, bathroom with shower and tub. Separate bedroom with a queen bed, plus a queen sleep sofa in the living room, as well as a high-quality air mattress and a portable crib.

High-speed internet and a small separate workspace nook. Large TV in the living room as well as a small TV in the bedroom.

Lovely apartment that's close to great restaurants and the train to DC. Off-street parking is a huge plus in this neighborhood. Best shower I've ever used. Owners very responsive. Highly recommended.
