Our guests have access to the whole home and outdoor area. The only area that is locked off is the garage and also the basement.

The layout features 3 bedrooms plus a dedicated office/guest room and a versatile loft space, offering a total of 5 beds:
• 1 King bed in the primary bedroom
• 2 Queen beds in the upper bedrooms
• 1 Double bed in the main floor office
• 1 Double pull-out sofa in the upstairs loft
With 2.5 well-appointed bathrooms and multiple living spaces, everyone has room to relax. In addition to the main living area, the home includes a second living room/loft space, perfect for movie nights, kids’ hangouts, or simply spreading out and enjoying extra privacy.
Unwind with the Smart TV with basic cable, or connect to your own streaming apps using the home’s WiFi.
As this is a newly built property, the backyard is currently not yet sodded, with landscaping planned for completion by May 2026.
This home blends modern finishes with practical comfort, offering space, flexibility, and thoughtful amenities for both short and extended stays.

A vehicle is usually recommended for time spent in Edmonton.
